Gel under clothes and sunscreen by day, tape overnight. Everything the 12-week protocol calls for, in one box.
The silicone was chosen by a plastic surgeon. The wear protocol was reviewed by him. Every lot is inspected in the U.S. and lab-tested before it ships.
Composition and heavy-metals testing on each production lot, not a one-time factory certificate.
Material, wear schedule and placement guides selected and reviewed by Dr. Jeffrey Weinzweig.
One 6 ft roll covers a 5-inch scar for the full 12-week protocol.
Wash with mild soap, air dry, reapply. Wear-tested in-house on every material change.
Start once the incision is fully closed and any stitches or glue are gone. Consistency matters more than anything else.
Wash the area and pat dry. No lotion or oil. For sweaty spots, antiperspirant around the scar keeps the silicone put.
Cut a strip a half inch longer than the scar at each end. Keep the liner on while you cut so the adhesive never touches itself.
Peel the liner, lay the strip over the scar without stretching. Wash, air dry and reuse for about a week. Keep going for 12 weeks.
Week-by-week: when to start, how long to wear it, what a healing scar should look like, and when to call your doctor. Written with our plastic surgeon advisor. Includes 10% off your first order.
A low transverse incision sits under a fold, under a waistband, and under a newborn. The kit ships with sheets already sized for it, a storage pouch so strips don't end up on the bathroom counter, and a placement guide so you're not guessing.
Silicone sheeting and gel are the first-line, non-invasive recommendation for hypertrophic and keloid scar management in international scar guidelines. It works by holding hydration at the scar surface and reducing tension, which calms the overactive collagen response that makes scars raised, red and firm. The limiting factor was never the silicone. It was wearing it long enough.

"What this tape did do was reduce the hard spots on the scars, making the skin smoother and softer. Less uncomfortable, less unsightly, and less itchy. It goes on easy, it's super clingy but doesn't hurt to pull it off, and it will last overnight."
Kirt · Scar Tape Roll · Verified Amazon buyer"My C-section left me with a red, raised scar that bothered me when wearing tighter clothes. After about two weeks of using them daily, the redness started to fade, and the scar felt smoother and less prominent. Comfortable enough to wear under clothes all day, reusable which helps with the cost."
Kelly · C-Section Kit · Verified Amazon buyer"It softens the texture and has really helped tone down the redness. It goes on incredibly smooth, dries down fast, and doesn't leave any annoying sticky or greasy residue behind. It fits perfectly into my daily routine."
Raquel · Silicone Scar Gel · Verified Amazon buyer"My plastic surgeon recommended silicone tape at 4 weeks complete healing. This tape is easy to cut to a specific length; then lay it directly over your scarred area. It can be easily repositioned. After use, wash the tape and let it cling to a clean surface to dry."
